Ok guys I have about the same prob with my Asus ROG G75vx Only i did not flash my bios ect just powerd up this way. The hard drive that has a bootable partition must be made to be first in the list, Save bios settings.- or - in some bioses, the Boot Order or similar list anyway I decided to run super fdisk to correct my partion table. The process was successfully completed, and the next time i restarted my laptop, the bio popped up. However, I recommend running a thorough diagnostics on the hard drive with the diagnostic utility (if any) provided by the manufacturer of your computer.
