Brief intro of the case:- user's IE version is version 6.- user's Outlook mail format is Rich Text.- user can view pictures of mails sent to her primary MB and any I'm yet to try this in other email client programs or webmail, so I don't know if there are others that would display both.

I am using 2007 and not sure what I am missing. Once installed, this plug-in adds a special pane to the right-hand part of your e-mail window that shows your own catalog of Outlook email templates grouped in folders and sub-folders. If one of the above things has happened, the only thing we can suggest is if you happen to have access to another computer, you could install and try Scrippy there. How do I set it up so that the pictures are pulled through like I designed?
