Using method 8 I was able to identify IE's NSIB.DLL module was faulting causing the error. Of course when I started IE back up (Ver 11), it created another MSHTML.dll file and has continued to give me the same errors. It's been 5 days. How can we improve it?

I unistalled IE 11 which took me back to 10. Even tho I was not logged onto that account, it seemed to be sensing I wanted French sites. Also, Firefox is working again – that stopped a few months ago. I worked through all the other methods without result, until method 8. I dont have trouble with Netflix ,roku of utube.
Disable the option named as "stereoscopic 3D" from NVIDIA Drivers (NVIDIA driver is a computer Graphics drivers their software runs on system tray. ) If doesn't fix, follow next method. Check This Out I've been running Norton Antivirus for years & it did not stop the malware from corrupting the dll.

The Regcure fix worked like a charm on the first try. Now everything is stable again. after searching around that was the closes thing to an explanation i could find. msn.com, iis.net, live.com, msft.net, webtv.net and at least 23 other hosts share nameservers with this domain.

I had heard that if I uninstall it then reinstall it that the problem would be fixed but when I go to uninstall it I am unable to find it in Went to the management screen and the same error came back up.

In responding to the message from Go The Power, I wrote that I really wasn't sure if MSN Explorer connected to the internet independently from IE7. My internet connection is excellent. But I got to Reset through Control Panel, Network and Internet, Internet Options, Advanced tab.
