After a boot time scan found 15 things to quarantine, I am happy to say I can now access security websites; and everything updates nicely. Its usually installed for the IPX/SPX protocol that is rarely used anymore. Please take a look at my HJT log and tell me what to do.
Now it seems that hardly any programs work.
