Encrypeted drives? I have windows 7, NOT windows 10, but the popup keeps coming on the screen telling me to upgrade Norton because I moved to Windows 10 (but I didn't). in Network and Sharing Hi all. could it be the windows firewall? As far as I know, you uninstalled Norton properly. Remove network card.
Reply Michael May 24, 2016 at 10:00 pm I've downloaded the new Norton Utilities for Windows 10; I think paid for use on 3 machines. The Enditall utility is great little tool that provides a "one-click" option to close all but essential processes on your PC. Then reboot once more for good measure. Boot into Safe-Mode on your computer by tapping the F8 key during boot.
Export/Backup your Identity Safe data. check over here I've also done some reading on several other websites to try to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail. i did the hardware information test things. Nah I haven't tried a system restore, trying to avoid that too if at all possible.
