Reply Michael May 24, 2016 at 10:00 pm I've downloaded the new Norton Utilities for Windows 10; I think paid for use on 3 machines. The Enditall utility is great little tool that provides a "one-click" option to close all but essential processes on your PC. Then reboot once more for good measure. Boot into Safe-Mode on your computer by tapping the F8 key during boot.

i did the hardware information test things. Member andburn commented Aug 31, 2015 AFAIK there are two log files, one where ever the OS is %LocalAppData%\Blizzard\Hearthstone\Logs and one where Hearthstone is installed \Hearthstone_Data\output_log.txt. CPU usage was 2-5% the entire time, and Physical memory at 45%, and that's with other apps running. There may be some other software you downloaded around the same time that added the player to your system.You should be able to remove it from Windows control panel.
