Solved: Odd Ping Problem
Edit: Called my ISP Verizon and they said that there is nothing they can do and its GGG's servers. For some reason my NIC drivers got corrupted. If I go wireless while only using my laptop screen and no external monitor, I have zero problems. If I run "dig http://www.centos.org" it returns the A record with that IPv4 address. Majority of people are setup to just pull a IP from the DHCP server (192.168.1.2). Via the usual command line operations I changed eth0's networking to the 192.168.1.251/24 static IPv4 address, and edited /etc/resolv.conf to point to my ISP's DNS servers.
