It's not maximized as there is no maximize or restore button - just sized to the screen. This site is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. You will need to open each one of them and locate one that has the name of your exe. Delete it and it all start to work. I have seen up to 51 processes running and I only have few legit programs in startup. Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem?
