One thing that affects the performance of Outlook is the number of e-mail items you have. If there is only one PST file out there, click on New Outlook Data File button to create a new one. However if I shut down, disconnect power, wait 20 secs, and then power up/reboot the problem goes away but returns later on.Any ideas? Flush your DNS while you are at it!
