you can at least get back to "now" if it doesn't work. If you've tested the account settings and got all green ticks you should receive a reply back from outlook. But...I am still hoping for a solution. I disabled 'ipv6 ' but then since I had changed/checked settings in my email accounts, it reversed itself and now I could receive, but not send. You must uninstall at least one and possibly up to 4 updates to make Outlook work again. Does Thunderbird allow you to have multiple folders for different emails?
