Solved: PC Only Recognizing Slaved HDD As A Recovery Partition

Any chance on making the app more portable? What I did is that I rearranged the disk on the controller, but this should not cause a problem normally. it says the hdd is already at factory 250 capacity, and after i ran the software the drive dissapared from ‘my computer'. Usually it is F2, F10, Del…However, different computers or motherboards require different keys, so you'd better search on the internet or you can consult your computer manufacturer to get the correct i dont know who was the problem, that change 250gb -> 137 gb. If you do, its on its own, and should be jumpered as master. This should resolve the issue.

For simplicity, stick with the Master and Slave setup. You can check that by running BIOS Setup and looking for things like "DCO" or "HPA". But I connected the SATA to another computer whihc is having SATA as primary, it is detecting there. When I attempt to use HDD Capacity Restore, it tells me the drive is in use and should be removed manually.

no partition. Check Disk Management in Windows to see if the drive itself is being seen. However, when I go on to my comptuer, I don't see the new hard drive. In other words it was not reliable enough durning tests at more that the 200gig size.
